Documents for applying for marriage registration:
• Scanned copies of foreign passports of the bride and groom and 2 witnesses (spread with photo)
• Scanned copies of birth certificates of the bride and groom. Both certificates certified by a notary
• A scanned copy of the certificate from the registry office (or a notarized certificate) about the absence of obstacles to marriage. Help is valid for 3 months
• Scanned copy of a divorce certificate in case the marriage is not the first
If necessary, we provide witnesses for free.
You send these documents to [email protected] preferably 3 weeks before the event.
Important! According to Montenegrin laws, the bride and groom are required to meet with the representative of the municipality 7 days before the ceremony to draw up the protocol. Sometimes we manage to negotiate with a representative of the municipality and halve this period.

• certificate from the registry office (or a notarized certificate) about the absence of obstacles to marriage
• Divorce certificates in case the marriage is not the first.
